シリウス２３日目［否定］［話法の転換］

原発が気になって、勉強どころではない。
電離放射線業務の緊急作業が丸２日。作業員の被爆量が心配だ。。。

157	of little use : ほとんど役に立たない The information is of little use or no use.
158	anything but : ～どころではない Your answer is anything but perfect.
159	not necessarily : 必ずしも～ない A great teather  is not necessarily a good parent.
160	Any［Either］ ～　not という語順はとれない。
161	Whatever は at all と同じく否定を強める句　ほかにnot ～ in the least, not ～ by any meansなどの形もある。 This is subject of which I know nothing whatever.
162	英語では『～ではないと思う』というときには、普通 I don’t think that～　というように言う。
163	普通疑問文の間接話法は、ask if ～ の形にする He said to me, “Can you speak Chinese.” = He asked me If I could speak Chinese.
164	Let’s ～ 型の話法の転換は『～しようじゃないか』と提案するわけだから、伝達動詞にはsuggest などを使う。suggest を使ったら、その目的語になるthat節中の動詞はshouldか仮定法現在を使うのが普通
165	２種類の文が混交した話法の転換は、それぞれの文をその種類に応じて伝達動詞を決めて転換し、それを and で結べばよい My father said to me, “I’m going to repair the fence. Help me, please” = My father told me that he was going to repair the fence and asked me to help him.
